I recruit, train, nurture, and mobilize volunteers, interns, and staff in alignment with the objectives of our organization and their passions. I also ensure that the needs of our volunteers are met and create meaningful opportunities to enhance their engagement through the use of CRM.

I utilize my written and verbal communication abilities to effectively express concepts regarding donor support and grants to diverse audiences and grantees. Additionally, I skillfully organize and implement fundraising initiatives and donor appreciation events, while meticulously analyzing event data to gauge their overall organizational impact and success.

I establish curriculum strategies for organization-wide learning and development. This involves evaluating the current on-boarding process to pinpoint areas in need of improvement, and designing training programs that enhance existing procedures while also creating personalized on-boarding plans that foster a culture of continuous learning and support professional development.

I offer guidance to cross-functional teams on the execution of strategic initiatives, encompassing outreach, community engagement, volunteer management, and communication priorities.
